Right after we checked in, someone else came in our room. The hotel gave someone else our room. That got fixed. The next day our room keys stopped working. That got fixed. And there was a dead wasp on the floor, so who knows the last time it was vacuumed.

Positives Outweigh Negatives Very comfortable room.Great service.Nice breakfast.Negatives were the fact my room key wouldn't work multiple times,only one very slow elevator,and no TV in the fitness room.Still a great place that when I'm in town will probably stay there again.

Very satisfied customer. Hotel was very clean, Austin was great at checking me in quickly after a long and stressful day. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms. One elevator was out of service and the other one would stop working.

Less than a good time When checking in, we were charged an extra $30 but was not told why. I assumed it was for incidentals and it did fall off immediately when we checked out. We waited over 15 minutes with all of our luggage for an elevator due to one of the elevators being out of order. We would have taken the stairs but my husband hurt his knee and likeI said, we had all of our luggage, plus we were put on the 6th (top) floor.
