The hotel was nice and close to everything we needed to get to. It would have been nice to have been told there was no housekeeping at check-in. The breakfast bar wasn't near the spread shown in the photos and I wish there was a couple more GF/vegan options. My only other complaint was they placed us on the 6th floor and my mother is disabled. If there had been a fire or weather emergency she would have had no way to leave. Our room was nicely larger than expected, but the room was far from spotless, with a layer of dust on the headboards you could write your name in. Half a roll if toilet paper availavle in the two roll dispenser, which was otherwise missing a spindle to put a roll on. House phone was totally out of order, not even a dial tone. Only one desk clerk out of three knew that ice machines were only available on floors 3 and 5, but had no ice buckets to put it in. Screaming kids running the halls past 10 PM.
