Very friendly staff. The room was dusty. The air conditioning did not workes and needed to be replace which was done fast. No cleaning between nights. No replenishing of in room coffee between nights. Great bar area. Pool was nice.

Average Hotel. Good Breakfast! Overall I thought the hotel was average. The service, wifi, and room met expectations for our hotel stay. Breakfast spread was the most impressive part of our stay.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One elevator was broken during our stay and the slow crowded rides in the one working elevator made me uncomfortable. No one paid attention to the “only four riders at a time” signs. I was disappointed there were no linens provided for the pull out couch. They should be in the room. The pool is not heated but still pleasant. Overall I recommend all Hyatt Place Hotels. They’re nice but not uppity.
