The hotel was nice and close to everything we needed to get to. It would have been nice to have been told there was no housekeeping at check-in. The breakfast bar wasn't near the spread shown in the photos and I wish there was a couple more GF/vegan options. My only other complaint was they placed us on the 6th floor and my mother is disabled. If there had been a fire or weather emergency she would have had no way to leave. Less than a good time When checking in, we were charged an extra $30 but was not told why. I assumed it was for incidentals and it did fall off immediately when we checked out. We waited over 15 minutes with all of our luggage for an elevator due to one of the elevators being out of order. We would have taken the stairs but my husband hurt his knee and likeI said, we had all of our luggage, plus we were put on the 6th (top) floor.
