Staff was pleasant overall. We weren’t told that turnover service wasn’t being done at checkin, so that was a surprise, but we got as many things as we needed from the desk.However trash in the hallways was a problem. Halls should be cleaned and vacuumed and they weren’t. They should stop advertising breakfast, it was hardly there. Nutragrain bars aren’t breakfast. We were there four nights.
