The property was very nice however there is not really a breakfast it was more like a snack bar. I would not count on having breakfast there. The area around the property is a little sketchy but I did not feel like I was unsafe.

Mooi hotel, mindere locatie Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.

Nice property, homeless in area is rough can be borderline unsafe but no issues.

Usa holiday The place has just been refurbished and renamed. Lots of homeless outside carpark area. Not safe to walk around. Looks like they also host subsidized tenants. Its a mix of extened stay and casual. Our room appeared good but no facilites , had to ask for a coffee maker. Breakfast very basic but as advertised. While it was ok i would not stay here again due to high number of homeless who appear to have mental health issues. Also the occupant mix doesnt seem right

Three night stay My overall rating of 3 is based on the fact that the hotel wasn’t really ready to open. The room was large with only one desk chair. No comfortable seating. The manager brought us a second desk chair. We were there three nights so really needed a place to put our feet up. The room lacked a hairdryer and toiletries. The manager did say they were trying to get up to speed. And to ask for anything needed. They just weren’t quite ready, but the manager was accommodating.
