Ok facility, terrible location for safety The facility was fine, but the surrounding area was very sketchy with many homeless people. Breakfast was coffee and hard boiled eggs.

Poor service from Expedia Loved the hotel. But Hotels.com Expedia really let us down. They "forgot" to send our reservation and payment to the hotel. It took more than 2 hours to straighten up that mess.

There was a lot of homeless people around the hotel. Although the hotel was clean and comfortable but didn’t feel safe

We Booked through Expedia and i had to shorten my stay a month before our stay. The website said we would get a refund on the nights not used. I was supposed to have a refund the day after we checked out on the 7th of July. I still haven't refund the refund. The desk personnel didn't know of the early checkout. It was later confirmed that there was communication but over looked by the front desk. No working television for 2 days.
