The location is very good for us when we visit our Grandchildren who live in Pueblo West.
Clean rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff.
I was a training manager for a premier hotel brand. That has made me a very critical traveler. This property blew me away. Everything was perfect from the staff, to cleanliness, to the functional design of the room. This is now my go-to hotel for stays in this area and the brand will be put at the top of my searches in other areas. Excellent job.

Such a great stay! The staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. There were several grab-and-go breakfast options. We will be back!
It was fine but I never saw staff at the front desk. The breakfast was meager. The vending machine was broken. The room was sparse but adequate.

Staff was nice, and clean room
Found out I would have to go to the front desk to get supplies for the kitchen. At least put the coffee pot in there. It was weird that the cupboards were bare…
