The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable unfortunately.. but that may just be my preference in mattress. The bathroom was nice. Toiletries were minimal. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I will be coming back again this weekend and get a king room on my travels to Pueblo. I was happy this hotel was far away from the areas you have to worry about crimes. The parking lot is well lit and it’s away from the areas where you see a lot of break ins and theft.

At check-in, I was asked, "Do you have a room preference?" I didn't. So I was offered a 4th floor choice with a view of Pike's Peak. You guys know how to hook a new customer. I'll be looking for Extended Stay Suites from now on!
Check in is slow, bathroom wasn’t spotless (somebody else’s hair in the sink), but otherwise was really good. Quiet. Comfy bed.
Breakfast was such a joke, it wasn’t even a joke. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was such a joke, it wasn’t even a joke. The “gym” was 2 elliptical and a bike. No free-weights. Room was great, but noisy.

I've never stayed at an Extended Stay hotel. It was a wonderful first impression and we will be using them in the future!
Garden suite was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. The restaurant that was important to have on site was closed.
