I booked a room on Expedia when the hotel was already fully reserved. Don’t blame the hotel. 100% expedias fault.

Do not recommend Check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrived at 2:40pm. We needed to leave the hotel at 4 for an appointment. We were tild as we walked in to check in that our room wasnt ready yet and would just be a few minutes, so we sat in the 2 chairs in the libby. While sitting there, multiple guests came to check in and were given rooms quickly, however several people were also told their room was not ready and would be a couple minutes. Arrived at 6pm and room wasn’t ready. Front desk said we had to wait at least another hour and they would see if it was possible to get rooms cleaned up. No comfortable place to wait, no support. Other couple arrived and got a room immediately. Absolute disrespect
