Parking was nearly full when we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon - must have been very full. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and there was a lot of space and full refrigerator. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast - very few selections and no juice available. I'm guessing because this is an "Extended Stay" hotel they expect that you will be cooking your own meals. In the early morning I was awakened when it sounded like people running around in the 2nd floor. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Gute Unterkunft aber der Reinigungsservice findet erst nach einer Woche statt, das ist definitiv zu lange! Mann bekommst zwar neue Handtücher und alles weitere, aber für den Fußboden wäre ein Stsubsauger oder Besen super gewesen!

This hotel property is not the lowest cost option in the Reno-Sparks area but it is far from the highest cost. If you want good value, this is the place, as long as you (1) are NOT looking for "frills" that some casino hotels offer in the area, or (2) a "plush" and/or decorative room.
