Very friendly staff. Checking in/out was easy. Air conditioning worked great in our room.

Firstly, the staff was awesome. The woman that worked the mid-morning desk from Tuesday to Friday helped me through a few challenges which were amplified as I was in town to mourn my Mother's passing. She took so much stress off my shoulders which I greatly appreciated. Also, I left a set of headphones behind and when I got home in CA I got a call from the hotel telling me that the headphones had been found. It’s an ok place to stay. Room is clean. Breakfast is only store bought muffins and oatmeal. You can hear the noise from upstairs and outside.

This is my first time staying at Extended Stay America suites; I was under a mindset that the facility must be nothing but with just the basics, how was I wrong !! It was a very nice surprise for me. The property is new with great lighting and up to date amenities, the room is spacious and very clean, the kitchenette is in an ideal size; cookwares, dishes, and utensils are available upon request. Very clean. Staff were great and very helpful. The only thing that was different than others, was you had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee and for a blow dryer. They weren't already in the room. wasn't a big deal. I understand that it helps from people stealing their stuff.
