Always clean & comfortable My only complaint was the TV. The volume didn’t work, after telling the receptionist, she gave us a new remote, it still didn’t work.
Check in was easy and staff was very professional. Only dislike was how much dog poop was outside and the dog area was out of poop bags. I talked to staff about it at checkout and as I was loading up there was someone out cleaning it all up! Very nice!
