OK for convenience It was fine. However the kitchen was not clean. The air conditioning unit fan was broken and the refrigerator made a lot of noise.

The basics The only downside was the breakfast. Not much variety and eggs were dry and not very tasty

Convenience for departure the next morning Due to an early departure the next morning, my daughter and I just needed to sleep and shower and get to the San Jose airport bright and early. At check in, the staff called a highly recommended taxi service to picked us up in the morning and take us to the airport. Everything went very smoothly. They were so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

found the way to San Jose note that room had kitchenette, but no pots, pans dishes or utensils and no coffee pot!! of course there were no coffee grounds, etc. breakfast was a bit skimpy but at least there was coffee!

Not too bad, good location. Not too bad, it's close to the SJ airport and is close to most of the Silicon Valley companies. Great location. Guest room wise, the room is never cleaned until I left after three nights' stay. There is no trash can in the room, which is too inconvinient. Also, it's paper thin wall and I can hear the neighbors talking loudly at nights.

Good hotel for the business traveler, or family We were there for a three day business conference, and we found the room a very nice size, nice kitchenette and well located for our needs — close to the freeway.

Hotel does not provide receipt for stay This hotel was unable to provide a receipt for my stay, said I had to get that through Hotels.com. This was very inconvenient.

The room was quipped with a kitchen but know dishes to use the appliances. Also asked for a wake up call and didn't receive one which made me late for an event. The hotel was clean just a couple of things need to be fixed.
