The place was clean and welcoming, but there was not shuttle available to downtown. But there were plenty ubers available.

Convenient to the San Jose Airport. I arrived late, around 11:00 p.m. I called for the hotel shuttle to pick me up and was told it stopped running at 8:00 p.m. One of the reasons I selected this property was the shuttle service. They were kind enough in the morning to bring me to the airport to pick up my rental car. The young man was very nice. Nice and convenient to airport. The facility was excellent and met our needs, but the staff, especially the night staff, was not helpful. They couldn't refer us to a place for dinner. They couldn't figure out how to use the computers in the customer business office. The printer in the business office didn't work. Smarten up, people!
