No shuttle on weekend Disappointed to find out there was no shuttle available on weekend. Hotels.com assured us there was

Enjoyable stay I Had a enjoyable stay! But a lot of noise from all the traffic throughout most the day

Shuttle Service as NONE, with no solution I originally booked this location with airport travel in mind, with airport about a mile away. With the Shuttle Service VAN parked in the parking lot, the posted message stated "there will be no shuttle service from 2/23/15 to 2/26/15 shuttle maintenance. We apologize foo the inconvenience this may cause. Thank You." The minimum base fee for San Jose taxi is $26 plus mileage and tip ONE WAY, so go twice and double cost. Still in San Jose Bit of a long-term stay for business. As noted before, not many grocery shopping opportunities. Some small Mom & Pop stores, not the best quality.

OK - Issue with Security The hotel was ok, room was clean. Only issue was that the hotel security is lacking. Had an issue, spoke with the Manager and the Manager was able to make things right, afterwards.
