The bare minimum I booked this hotel because I was arriving a day after my husband had, so he could do business in the area. He had the rental car, but would be in meetings. This hotel was listed as having an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, it runs on very limited hours. It runs a couple of hours in the afternoon, but not at the time my flight arrived, and a couple of hours in the morning, but not early enough to take us back to the airport for our departure, so we had to keep the rental car another night. Was counting on shuttle from car rental agency back to hotel. Clerk was not helpful.

Great value. Enjoyed my stay. It was a good quiet room. After going cheap (Motel6 across the street) ended by sleeping in my rental car, this was a very quiet and comfortable room. Definitely a good value.

For the money this place sucked This hotel is way over priced for being near nothing except the airport - no restaurants except McDonalds within a ten mile radius. Plus the bathroom was gross and the kitchen had no utensils. Residence Inn by Marriott is much better.

Room was clean and we loved the kitchen with microwave and fridge! Room was clean and we loved the kitchen with microwave and fridge! Great location..you can get onto the freeway, shopping within minutes. .love SanJose! ! We will be back and stay here!

Close to Airport The room was great for the price. I stayed with my niece (6 months old) and sister in a room on non-smoking floor. Around 8:00 p.m. the rooms around us started to get loud. As the nigh went on the noise got louder and louder waking the baby up. Around 10:30 we started to smell cigarette and marijuana smoke. We called downstairs to ask for a different room and unfortunately they were booked. The employee had the audacity to tell us we booked a room on a "mixed floor" of smoking and non-smoking rooms.
