The stay was just ok. The rooms come with no soaps, shampoos, or body wash. The front desk did supply them when I asked. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning in the room was very loud and definitely interrupted my sleep but I tend to sleep lightly in hotels. The hotel itself was quiet. No noise from surrounding rooms.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Maybe an extended stay is better for multiple nights. Loved the location and most times the staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe they must be understaffed because there were times I did not see anyone. I was disappointed that none of the equipment in the exercise room worked well. Everything was great. I rated the staff a little lower as they were very cold and unengaging. Had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk for the person to come and check us in. No apology or thanking us for waiting, very quiet (almost couldn't hear what they were saying spoke so softly) and very distant. Otherwise, the room was great, clean, quiet, comfortable. We had our dog and it was a great room hotel for her. Would stay there again.
