I ended up get bug bites all over my arms and legs from sleeping in the bed. The pool area was dirty and the water was dirty. Wasn't able to go swimming. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Disappointed Bathroom- no mat for getting out of the shower. Phone not connected. Called front desk on cell and no answer. Never gave us the WiFi password.

Unclean! I have stayed at other locations of this Hotel, which have been great. This location was very dirty and could have used some repairs. The floor in the room seem dirty, no clean shine just residue and footprints. Soap Dish in the bathroom had soap residue in the dish with a new wrapped bar in it. Tiny hair shampoo, no conditioner. Sprinkler head was exposed no cover around it, just a hole in the ceiling. Only positive the staff was nice

We ran an errand.. Came back to the room at 9:30 am to find two maids in our room cleaning and our two cats gone. The maid said we had checked out and was told to clean room. She took one downstairs and the other cat was gone. The manager came up and said we had checked out at 6:45. I asked who checked us out because we were still asleep at that time.
