Just enough for a night Brand new hotel with opportunities for improvement. The room was noisy, you could hear the steps from the floor above. The tube was not perfectly clean, there was some trails of soap on it. We were assigned occupied rooms at checking in…twice… On the positive side, the bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious

Horrible experience It was the worst experience. Super dirty. Bed sheets had blood stains all over and the elevator was broken. Nothing was working and over all a motel would’ve been better

Waste of time The booking process was simple and easy; however, the reviews were deceiving. Upon arrival, there were people outside listening to music, drinking, and smoking. At check in, I was told that the elevator was broken. I decided to check-in anyway despite that being the 2nd red flag. I then parked near the entrance recommended by the front desk clerk. This hotel was pretty highly rated on Expedia and other sites, so I booked it. It was dirty, had bad odors everywhere (like some guests had fried hamburgers and other food), the hallways and stairways were nasty dirty. The room had almost nothing in it- no coffee, no extra pillows or blankets, etc. The “free breakfast” was coffee and granola bars- nothing else. I won’t be staying at this hotel chain ever again.
