Rude and not there When I arrived the front desk area was dark and there was no body there. I rang the bell, nothing. I looked around and outside, no one to be found. I went in rang the bell, nothing. After several minutes, I rang the bell repeatedly, the young lady came out of the back room, frustrated saying she was working on an email.

Needs an upgrade to become the best The location of the hotel is good, however the hotel room lobby’s looks quite dirty.. the carpet looks stained and could take an upgrade. Our room’s AC wasn’t working with the outside temp of 88 degrees. The staff did try to help by checking the unit and offered a new room but it came at a cost of inconvenience. Liked plenty of parking and clean water and ice machine in the lobby.

The bathroom was dirty along with the tub. Drain in the bathroom wasn’t operating properly.
