Would not go back Elevator was out And because it was freezing outside we needed to turn heater on It NEVER got warm and when I asked at 4 pm in the afternoon they said they would make a note of it but there was no HELP not a technician; the manager had already left; not even an offer of a space heater or even extra blankets.

Stayed one night. No elevator functioning, that was not a huge inconvenience. Our room appeared clean BUT…. Bathroom sink was totally clogged, heating unit was extremely noisy and to top it all when we took a shower in the morning, there was dirt comming out of the back wall of the shower.

Gostei: quarto limpo apesar de não ter limpeza diária; estrutura de cozinha no quarto, bom chuveiro e boa cama; camareiras educadas. Não gostei: lixo colocado pelos hóspedes nos andares em frente ao elevador (só limpam o quarto após a saída), café muito simples (não tem pão) e área e cadeiras escassas, não tem um carrinho para transportar bagagens, donos de pets deixam elevadores sujos; corredores e elevadores sujos. Não vale o valor que cobram na diária. Decepcionante.

Won’t stay here again. Moved multiple times because the rooms were dirty, very dusty, first room were in had a broken fire sprinklers. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned, had black stains in tubs. Hallway smells bad. No hair dryer available.

Won’t stay here again Our bathroom drain smelled like sewage when we went to shower. Our included breakfast choices were granola bars, oranges that were bad, and yogurt. Not really a breakfast. The tv went out half way thru the night. The person who checked us in seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. The guy who checked us out was super friendly. Will not stay here again.

This is a shell! The only thing in our room were towels. There was a full size fridge & microwave but no carpet, no soap (!!), shampoo or lotion, no ice bucket - NO CUPS, NO COFFEE MAKER - NOTHING. With $25 pet fee the room came to $185. TERRIBLE!
