There were no amenities in the room. No cups, glasses, utensils, cookware. Soap. Towels. It’s like whoever was supposed to restock the room never went there.

Horrible service. Sold our room before we got there to check in and told us they could not honor our reservation because they were booked. Then charged me the next day for the room. I am incredibly upset - we drove from out of town for a date night and a concert and ended up having to drive back Home that night.
