This was awful dried blood on multiple pillow cases, breakfast was hard boiled eggs and granola bars limited dining, rude staff to top it off the smoke alarm went off at 4am. Never again.

My wife and I were in Tampa for class. The location was great. However, everything was good until we got to our room. Soon as we walked in the room it smelled then all of sudden went away. It was only until that night my wife mentioned we were beside the trash but within 15 seconds it was gone. Other than that, everything was great! I learned a lesson and that was to make sure i wasn't by a trash room lol.

Would not stay again. Hotel would not refund I checked into the hotel and immediately noticed the room was not nice at all. My husband, (Im Marie and Don is my husband )said he paid for an upgrade for a bigger room. I was so disappointed.in the room and the service at the front desk. Had to wait a VERY long time to check in . I was in the room for not even an hour when I had to check out and told the woman at the front desk I couldn’t stay (family problem). The rooms interieur was quite unwelcoming and felt sterile. Even though the beds were ok, we didn't feel comfortable at all. The other guests were loud until late at night, smashing doors and running up and down the floor. Cleaning was ok, we found a lot of hair across our floors and in the bathroom. All in all, it was ok for a night but we wouldn't come again and choose a different facility instead.

No staff at front desk when we arrived. Had to leave and come back several hours later, and still no staff. No pool. Breakfast is a joke. High priced. Would definitely not stay again
