Very clean property. Good, pleasant decor. Functional. I arrived at 2:31 p.m. to check in. but was told by Jackee that check in starts at 3 p.m. I was surprised they dont have a single room ready. I had to wait in the lobby. Another guest tried to check in and was also told the same. He waited by the vending machines. A friend of his came to the lobby and talked with him. They were a bit loud. Jackee complained about their lamguage and said she found it offensive to her. I was finally checked in a few minutes before 3.

What I didn’t like is the fact that the room I paid for is not the room was checked into.

The room was not available I need a refund now… I got there and I couldn’t get my room terrible !!!

The property is pretty new. However; there were two cockroaches in our bedroom and when we went to the front desk the receptionist, Celena, was clueless about what to do. She said: “well, you are checking out today, otherwise I would have changed you to another room.” No offer whatsoever of returning our money or an apology for the nastiness.

I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk

Doors are made of toilet paper they’re so thin… can hear everything. Had a group of foreigners try to enter my room and argue it was there’s. People being loud and cussing a ruckus in the halls… apparently being an adult is too much to ask for. Front desk clerk look like her snout had be drained and I don’t blame her.
