This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They don’t wear name tags, which makes sense because then it’s harder to complain about them. I am required to not put the woman’s name. But, I yelled at me multiple times while I was checking in and demanded multiple photo IDs. She even started taking photos with her cell phone of my information. Called ahead and requested extra pillows. Kevin on staff made a note in the system. When I checked in, the staff said no to the extra pillows. Also, being woken up to fire alarm going off at 3am. This was not a good stay.

Too noisy during the night on the road and, Also, AC created a lot of noise. Could not sleep well. Breakfast is too simple , when it short of coffee there, no employee working, you got to looking for someone to help. This is a worethy place I ever live in.

There is a horrible noise after 3am in the toilet. Pipes air making bubbles noises.
