Very rude person checking Us in very dismissive. Toilet paper fell off the wall with every use, ironing board fell apart into pieces. No hot water had to take a cold shower with no notification that there was not hot water. I want my money back

Dirty Didn’t even stay. Went there was dirty dish in the sink. Floor was filthy. No breakfast the front desk lady said bc they were out of everything. We just left. The lady said we would get refunded.

They dont tell you they take an additional $100 deposit and takes 3-5 days to be returned to.your account. They mexicans are playing loud music outside and beer bottles everywhere. Their breakfast consists of grain bars, and cheap packaged muffins. Peoples dogs were barking all thru the night waking me up.
