This was a strangest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at. I’m not sure if they have a theft issue but anything you would need that usually comes included in a standard hotel room. You have to get at the front desk. We had a mini efficiency there were no cups no plates no coffee maker no silverware, nothing! I stepped out of the shower and wanted to blow dry my hair. Always a friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. We have stayed here multiple times for trade shows due to it’s convenience to the fair grounds, and we keep coming back for the pleasant experience!
The ac in our room did not work and had to change rooms. The a couple of pillows were stained so we didn't use them and there was hair on the bed and in the tub but other than that it was an average extended stay location.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had nothing in it besides a towel. There was a card saying that you could order dishes, coffee maker, etc but we didn’t get into our room until 8:30 pm since we were at an rv show. We thought that was strange. Not even dish soap. The breakfast was a very basic continental. We skipped it and grabbed something when we left. It was fine for an overnight.
Check in was painless and easy. Room was Clean and spacious. We had a good night sleep with no issues. Thank You
