No hot water my first night

The price was unbeatable, and the hotel was safe, quiet and clean.
Elevator was still dysfunctional when I arrived. Read it in ratings weeks n months before already. My room was in 4th floor and I would have expected at least a more frequent cleaning of the fire stairs when elevator doesn’t work.
