The breakfast was horrible no fruit 1 yogurt left in fridge One choice of breakfast bars didn’t even like them, but only had one choice and the creamer for the coffee was out so I really didn’t even get a chance to have breakfast there. It was horrible and then you had to deal with all the drug addicts that walk around the hotel back-and-forth all night long sleeping on the picnic table. It was horrible very unsafe will never stay at this hotel again. The room wasn’t too bad but outside of the room, it was horrible.

To start the room has several hairs all of the place, shower, bed, sink. The floors are vinyl which in essence would be cleaner but the bottom of my socks were so dirty that I ended up wearing sneakers while there. And with vinyl floors? This means you hear EVERYTHING above you. I listened to someone pacing until 2am. The next morning with a 11am check out, I stepped out at 10:50 to take my belongings to my car and came back for one last check and was locked out. There were roaches in the room, hair, and one used contact lens on the night stand table. We left immediately and had to pay for a different hotel.

Floor not clean, greasy area probably from previous guest not properly cleaned. No shampoo. Website says "fully equipped kitchen" All cabinets empty.

Even though our EMS dogs are registered, I was charged a fee. This is against HUD and Americans With Disabilities laws. I was in a rush so I didn't argue with them. Stay away from this chain of you are traveling with Service animals.

This place sucked. There was no one at the front desk to check us in, the room is almost barren, and the maintenance person woke ua up early to repair the shower, and then realized it was the wrong room. This hotel is a disaster DON'T STAY HERE!
