Dont like the fact that you cant get a boarding pass at the kiosk. All the other airlines make it so easy.

The lady at the front desk upon my arrival was very rude. She was in the back room as I was speaking with another quest. She then came from the back room and started slapping the door bell attached to the wall and pointing at a sign that said "Ring Bell for assistance". I found that to be very rude...Maybe she should have been out front working and helping hotel guests. Cleanliness is not important to them The room had an foul odor. the bathroom was not clean. The was hair, debris and a pee stain on the shower floor. All the lamps had rust all over them were to was scary to touch.

They advertise like they have a gym . But its only 3 machines . They say that they provide breakfast and they only serve energy bars coffee and muffins. They don't offer house keeping unless u stay more than a week . Not worth the price

Realmente tome este hotel porque en la página hablaba de un excelente desayuno y la decepción fue grande, solo había café, yogurt, muffins y naranjas. En la habitación encontramos cucarachas, entiendo que por el medio ambiente no cambian toallas todos los días, pero la habitación tampoco la arreglaron, realmente no fue lo esperado
