The room smeller moldy, the water smelled. The ac was very loud. Staff was mostly nice, except one rude employee. Overall not even close to the price of the room, would not recommend or return.

First credit to the front desk (Diaphone)? However the room we were assigned had zero amenities not a coffee pot wit coffee, no glasses, cups pots or pans nothing to eat or cook.in. Did not complain because it was only for one day. I have stayed at extended stays before but never one that did not have basic amenities in it VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I did not stay there. Customer service was not good. Refusal to accept cash payment. I had to go to another hotel to keep from sleeping in my car. The new hotel made an exception and took a cash payment, otherwise my daughter and I would have had to sleep in my car and I would not have slept for worrying about our safety; so thanks for your unkindness.

It's not about the internet, the floors in the room were sticky, the hallways had very very bad strong mold smell. Unusual characters in and around the area. This place needs to shut down and remodeled with new floors everywhere and better cleaning in the rooms. Should have security at the area.

The room was dirty and smelled really bad. When we reported it the staff said " oh sorry about that" but did not offer to come to the room or change us to another room.

Well there was someone gunned down ans killed in the parking lot here recently. The arae has streetwalkers coming in out of bushes and scoping vehicles. They put a do not rent on me and i literally have been living on there properties y months unfortunately. Ive given them a lot of money. I had an accidemt had to be hospitalized and have surgery. Stayed at the property and had an emergency to leave early. Expedia was notified and I tried to get a refund for ONE night at the property because I had to leave. They declined. I will not stay a that property again.
