Initial room had numerous deficiencies and wasn't clean. Took a long time to check-in even though I was the only person being served. Once the room deficiencies were noted the staff did work diligently to have me moved to an upgraded room the following day.

The room was clean overall and comfortable but there were two live roaches in my room!
