Room has lots of space but to much work to get plates for kitchen

First room smelled of dog pee. They got us a new room

No ice machines or bbq grill like is posted on their homepage.
The room looked like they just put new towels in it without cleaning the toilet or changing the bedsheets. Pulled sheet back to find hair and crumbs like someone was eating in bed. The man at the front desk was excellent though. He immediately switched us but first went up himself to check that it was clean.
