Two thumbs down No coffee maker, cups or coffee, no dishes in extended stay room, uncomfortable queen bed. This is definitely not a 2 ½ star hotel. After multiple bad experiences, I can no longer trust hotels.com rating system. Hotel was overpriced for value received.

Only stay there if desperate No staff at the registration desk. Five customers waited 20 minutes for a staff person to show up, who was then nasty to us. The room smelled.

Beds were awful - too soft and they creaked all night long. Even flipped up when you sat on the end. Towels were super scratchy and every time I went to exchange I had to come back. These places also need ice machines - even with fridges - too often there are too many items to remove from the cooler. Online it advertised breakfast but it was really weak grab and go. Hard to find it, GPS can't find the adress. Bad, bad location, with all U-turns on US 1 it is hard to find it. Once you found it , you should be ok. Room was big enough, but you can' t get good night rest. We were lucky to have drunks next room, and they were screaming whole night long. If someone takes shower on the upper floor, it sounds like train is passing by. No shampoo, second day they don't fix beds, TV has only 15 channels and quality is zero. Terrible...worst hotel....stay away... I arrived at 11 pm on 2nd june at this hotel.The very first unpleasant experience happened from the from desk staff Mr.John (next day some other staff told that his name is Joseph) who's is not only cold and rude but also surprised me with his questions..When I gave him my international driving permit with my picture as my ID,he said its not sufficient and demanded usa driving license..When I told him that my international driving permit is my ID in this country as I'm a traveller and d... read more

Great location -poor environment I booked on Expedia and reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived the on duty clerk was leaving and left my check in process with the gentlemen who was vacuuming the rug. After several failed attempts to access my assigned room because the key card did not work I was informed that there was something wrong with the door lock and I would have to stay in a "smoking room." he explained there were no other rooms available. not clean The quality of the hotel is poor, the beds were not clean enough. The comforters were pretty old and had pills which made it rough. The bathroom floors were dirty with dust, the bath tubs were not clean. The air conditioning was not that great as well, I had set it to 66 and was pretty cold in the morning. The corridor's were smelly. yeah I could have complained, but had other things to take care of. I should have gone with a better hotel.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for This hotel was booked at that last minute and was significantly less expensive that many other hotels in the area at the time. Room was OK, reasonably clean, and comfortable. However, the TV signal was terrible and even after I asked them to check it, I came back the second night to the same issue. Next time I will pay a little more for a better hotel.

The room smells like tobacco. The room was not properly cleaned. The A/C was good. Breakfast was good.
