Unhappy guessed! The front desk didn't speak English well, and charged me even though I told them I had already paid hotels.com. I wouldn't suggest for anyone to stay here.

Blah... Hotel was okay. Checking in, I was charged an extra $35.00 on top of what I paid on Expedia. Nighttime front desk staff was very rude! Room was dirty and smelt funky. TV had very limited channels, some did not work. Overall was not satisfied...

Hotel stay was very disappointing experience Lobby area very small Loose pets in lobby no leashes Breakfast bar had awful pre-packaged muffins & no decaf coffee. Did have a basket of apples & oranges Elevators smelled heavily of cigarette smoke Our room had NO kitchen equipment Asked for them & extra blanket received them late in the evening but no blanket Bed was extremely uncomfortable and AC/heat auto setting didn't work so room was either cold or hot. Dirty room.. Get to room sheets had blood spots on them . Front desk guy was very nice and switched out rooms but def was a turn off walking into a dirty room .

price One of first hotel which you'll paying a premium price for but only cleans your room once a week.

Tired Hotel The hotel is tired and worn down. Breakfast was gone by 9 with meager offerings (2 muffins, no granola bars, and 1 apple). The room smelled and was run down. This hotel surprisingly got a 4 for trip advisor...I would give it a 1 at best.

They breakfast is terrible. Nothing proper. You're pAying for something that's not there. Would not go back to that one.

Horrible First of all, I called to stay at a double tree nearby, I was told no rooms were available there and there was another one that did have vacancy. Silly me asumed that "another one" meant another double tree. It was terrible. There was no active front desk at 4am when I arrived from driving a very long time. some guy who didn't speak English took a copy of my id and cc and charged the card in the morning when I specifically asked that not to be done ( I would pay in cash) the room was terribly smelly and the bed was ... read more
