Old and outdated We checked in late after traveling. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. He got us checked in very quickly(which was great cause we were tired!). Got to the room and it smelled as if someone was previously in there(if that makes any sense). The counter tops were sticky and visibly unclean and when my boyfriend pulled back the cover he saw stains. cheap hotel. very disappointed. Worst hotel i ever stayed. very disappointed. don't book it.
Disappointed....... At other stay America's they had plates, glasses, silverware this place had nothing, not even extra pillows when asked, house keeping never came to clean and make the bed, I was disappointed with this hotel. Liked all the others I stayed in, but this one didn't seem to care about its guests.
A BIG NO for Last Minute / Late Night Bookings The hotel was listed for a late night check-in but the hotel manager was not available. A laundry operator was at the desk and had said there were no rooms and even though we had a booking, were denied.

POOR SERVICE & QUALITY The service and quality was extremely poor. I stayed for a few hours to rest to be close to work at a hospital in the area and as I went to check out early in the morning I waited almost half an hour after calling the front desk 12 times on my cell phone for someone to be found. When someone came I asked for a copy of my receipt and they said they don't have one.. Mind you when I came to check in late at a night the front desk person didn't even write down what room I'm staying on my Cars key and just ... read more
Dirty Floor not vacuumed, dust on everything, mirror full of !??, dead bugs in bathroom and don't look at the mattress it will scare you! We were exhausted upon arrival and didn't receive great customer service so we dealt with the mess, you should never have to clean your own room but I did. Free breakfast was a complete joke!
JUST THIS LOCATION... I Always stay at a Extended Stay Hotel when I Travel. This Princeton- South Brusnwick Location is By Far @ the bottom of the List. It's Just THIS Location. SMH
