Was not good.no utensils in room. Waited over 2 hrs with no response. Called was put on hold for 5 min. Had to go front desk to find you dont keep utensils in room. Quite strange. No extra pillows. Coundnt get extra towels. A.c. noise was very loud as was a noise from frig. Leaky faucet, didnt sleep much. Tree branches engulfed hotel sign. Couldn't see it until I passed hotel. Had take uturn and travel at least 3/4 of mile to reach hotel. With all of this I expect a full refund for all the inconvenience my wife & I endured. ... read more

Sleep in the Streets the Asian man/kid working the front desk is the absolute worst.. maybe he owns it or family does. so he has no care for the customers. the picture is someone panties in the lobby. I told him.. no care to even pick them up. disgusting!

Never again! This hotel was very run down inside. The rooms were dirty and the air conditioning units were either not working or too loud. Staff did accommodate us by allowing us to switch rooms but it wasn't much better. The rooms also had an oder and the continental breakfast was a joke! Granola bars and vending machine muffins...never again!

Never again will I stay The kitchen was not stocked with cups and plates, the room was dirty, I could barely see through the window, the beds were old and the mattresses creaked. Worst of all, the staff told me that if I had a complaint, I should call the manager. I expect a little more for $200 per night. I will never stay in one of these hotels again.
