The location of the hotel was great, but it wasn't worth the money. The bathroom wasn't clean. There were still spit marks all over the mirror and faucet. The tub wasn't wiped down and had dirty stains everywhere. It was not a pleasant stay.

Terrible service. I had a horrible experience with the front desk agent and I never wish to stay at this hotel again. Hotels.com was of little to no help.

second time over booked well I'd let the people know how my stay was if I actually stayed there. This is the second time I've booked this hotel, just to find out my room wasn't available. I don't know what the miscumication is between hotels.com and extended stay is but there is one. If u book a room here make sure u call the actually hotel tl male sure your room is available.

A very disappointing hotel I have stayed in other Extended Stay hotels and the overall experience was above average, but the hotel at this location was very disappointing. Some of the staff are not very well trained in customer service and some of the facilities were out of order. Breakfast option is not really a breakfast - just coffee, muffins and health bars. Acceptable for a night of you can't find anything Room had a heavy smell of cigarettes - non smoking room. Area was shaky- not comfortable for a family situation. Overall dirty with no amenities to speak of. Wouldn't recommend.
