Convenient location Place was a decent place to stay overnight....but they FORGOT TO TAKE THE AARP DISCOUNT OFF THE TOTAL BILL! What happened?

room At first, the non-smoking room smelled strongly of tobacco. I requested to change the room. The service lady was very kind and helpful to get me another non-smoking room.

Friendly staff Reasonably priced hotel with a great location, very easy access to the most local destinations and public transportation. Room readiness could have been better. No TP, broken chair. Fortunately staff was very helpful and fixed all the issues as soon as we reported them.

Adequate but not remarkable Room was ok, not updated. Kitchenette ok, not updated. Hotel was quiet.

Where is the maintenance guy? As we walked into the room, cigarette strong small. So moved to another room that had leaky a.c. unit and slow draining bath tub. The staff issue one night free stay so I felt better about the hardship we had to endure
