The lobby looked like i was checking into a prison. Double glass doors locked in a tiny lobby. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Then the key didn't work so spent another 10 minutes waiting at the desk again. The room smelled horrible. Had to open the window and get the febreze from the car.

Needed a place to stay for the night. Perfect. No remote for TV, replacement quickly delivered to room by staff. Was not able to check in any earlier than advertised time and that would have been a bonus
