Great Location This hotel is in a great spot! Very close to all of the restaurants and activities in Providence

Meh Guest services caused my bank card to be locked due to repeatedly swiping my card.

Heat was not working, had to change room. Card kept malfunctioning. If there’s any kind of compensation i’d like to attempt another visit. If not I’m not sure I’d be willing to return

New hotel; clean & reasonably priced. Brand new & affordable. The room was very clean. My only complaints: no extra towels, no tissues, and no iron & ironing board in the room when I arrived. I assume the towels & iron/board were available; only stayed one night, so I didn't ask.

Great experience My stay was great. Could use some small wares in the kitchen. But other than that would definitely book again

Clean -friendly staff... but, won't stay again Its a new, clean hotel. Wood floors in room is a plus for me (don't like carpet!). Staff (especially Teri) was extremely pleasant and friendly. Web site description is extremely deceiving. No gym at this location, says rooms equipped with cookware.. NO cookware, called front desk, was told it was available to PURCHASE. (why would I want to by cookware if I'm staying at a hotel??) Had to empty my own garbage and dispose it in the bin outside. Had to exchange my own towels at fron... read more

Decent But Lacking in Basic Areas You could tell this hotel was trying to get its feet off the ground. Service was helpful but left at 8 pm. They were back upon our arrival later that night (since guests were checking in) but it seems like they would lose money with new/spontaneous guests trying to check in or even current guests having to wait for staff to drive to the hotel.
