From the Boston area and headed to Providence for the night. The location was easy for our plans. We arrived at the exact time for check-in. (Maybe 15 earlier) the rooms weren’t ready and they asked us to wait which turned into about 45 minutes just about of waiting before we can fully check in and get to our room. Could not fill requests for amenities that were advertised. Out of silverware and plates, we received only 2 plates and 2 forks, no cups, no cookware. Could not fill requests for toilet paper. Fee breakfast was empty and not refilled multiple days. Advertised room as queen bed and couch, room had two beds. Wifi was spotty at best. TV would not connect to wifi. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed was horrible rooms stank.

I was there with my family & the only thing I really liked was the proximity to downtown. The room was not in the best conditions & the beds were ok. The area wasn’t the best but the stay wasn’t miserable but I probably won’t stay there again.

Our shower was broken, the staff was missing the majority of the time. There was hair everywhere in our room. The "breakfast" is one single pot of coffee and a handful of oatmeal packets. The entire building reeks of smoke. The furniture in the rooms is falling apart and beaten beyond use, and covered in stains.

It was basically a half way house. I was harassed by a shady character outside. The room was disgusting and not as advertised. Walls were paper thin and i could hear the domestic abuse that was gasping nextdoor clearly. The upstairs guests kept me up for 3 nights dragging furniture around and having their kids screaming/ parkouring off the furniture. Told management and they did nothing about it. And the so called breakfast they provided was old coffee and a nutragrain bar.

The room was dirty and the physical space looked like someone had trashed it recently. A kitchen drawer had been destroyed with the pieces left behind. Thete was a whole the size of a fist in the bathroom door, and stained and dusty loose slip cover on the only chair, dirt on the night side table and the mattress, which moved the moment I sat down showed filthy surfaces wherever the frame had a flat service. Felt like a rehab facility that smelled like cat and dog piss. Would not reccomend. Maybe the non-animal customers get better non-piss smelling rooms?

There is NO ONE at the front desk like at all at night … no coffee in the morning and the sheets were DIRTY … never again
