Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. The room was disgusting. Clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, reeked of cigarette smoke, couldn’t even open the window because the blinds were so disgusting, I was scared to touch them. And what made us say ‘NOPE!’ Was the dead cockroach just lying on the headboard… staff apologized and said I would get a refund, so we will see if the money goes back to my card. I will be calling in a couple days if not. Terrible experience.

Got to the property and they had no room for us even though we had a confirmation number and a message through Hotels.com from then. Had to find another hotel at 9:00 at night

Staff support was lacking, door locked upon arrival. Staff was already gone contacted Expedia and never heard back from the staff of hotel or Expedia.

We had to stay there for a dance comp, so weren’t really looking for anything super nice, just sleeps able. Well, not this place. It was horrific ~two men were fighting outside as we drove up and the cops came, one man was arrested~ whose mother lives on property😳FILTHY room, hair on bed and BLOOD splattered on desk. We left immediately. I was absolutely mortified. NEVER AGAIN.
