The room was clean, but VERY basic (faux wood floors, no carpet; basic blinds no curtain). The bed was lumpy, but the AC worked. (I walked into a room with the AC on full blast at 22:30 -- how long had it been on? Why so cold? NOT eco-friendly!!). Hallway carpets are stained beyond acceptable range. The elevator was broken my entire trip.

Janet was extremely kind, fast & approachable. She knew her job very well and has a beautiful smile. Staff on front desk through out day & nite were kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Providence Rhode Island.
