My room was clean and luckily I had no issues with bugs. HOWEVER, I don't think the carpet in the hallways has ever been cleaned. If you want housekeeping you have to request it and pay extra. The laundry room doesn't have a change machine, they don't keep quarters at the front desk, and the machines don't take cards. The employees were blasting a radio in the hallway and never seemed to be at the front desk when I needed them. Needs Updated Room Size Was Great. Room Was Clean, But Could Use A Deep Cleaning. Did Not Receive Adequate Amount Of Toiletries And Towels. Hallway Carpet Was Filthy And Needs Replaced! Noisy Neighbors Across Hall And Above Us. Seems As If The Hotel Has Some Permanent Residents There?/?

This is not the well maintained property, in my bathroom there was no shower head, I reported that to front desk and I was given some discount
