The place was filthy and the rooms are worn down. They were short staffed and oversold.

Although the staff was extremely nice, there were some things I didn’t like about this hotel. One of the rooms I booked don’t have all the furniture, there was no breakfast on any of the days I was saying there. The floor and chairs in my room were still dirty, I had to go back and clean myself.

Terrible front desk customer service accompanied by Expedias customer service. Both parties were rude; irrational; ignorant; and neglectful. Will never book another reservation through this method again nor with this property

the front desk person gave us a room not clean .The bed was not made ,garbage was scattered on the table.Dirty towels were on the bathroom floor !!! .We have to complain to front desk person to changed our room !!! For all my travels our first time to check in to a dirty room !!! Please notify extended stay America for their mistake !!!Aside from card payment,I paid also $100 dollars deposit refundable after 5 days deposit.
