Needs upgrading The linens were stained and had hair covering them, the room was dusty, the shower curtain looked as if it hadn't been changed in years. But to top it off, they didn't have washcloths for two days. Oh yeah, no dishes in room you have to ask for them at the front desk.

Not a great time! Our neighbor was smoking pot which was coming into our room, we complained to the front desk who asked him to stop but he didn't, we then called police, they got him to stop but told us that RI has decriminalized the use of pot! it took hours for the smell to go away.

Not for Children or Family!! First thing I pulled in the parking lot and in the car beside me the occupants of the vehicle could not be seen due to the smoke in the vehicle and it was not cigarette smoke!! Moved my car and found the beer cans in the bushes in front of my vehicle. Rooms smelled of smoke. At 2:00 in the morning I had to call the front desk, in the room beside us, there was a fight, using the F bomb every other word, dogs parking!! I will never stay here again or recommend it. Sleepless at Extanded Stay America Bed was very uncomfortable, felt like it was covered in a plastic liner and very noisy with any movement, tv very low on dresser, screwed in, so couldn't move to a higher table, heater and fridge were very noisy also, awakened most of the night, continental breakfast? How about coffee bar at exit door! Stayed in motels that where alot more comfortable and peaceful. First and last time at Stay in America.

Do not recommend The staff was not friendly at all this place did not clean room had to bring old towels to replace new ones no shuttle service not happy with this hotel at all
Dirty place Room, very dirty... especially bathroom, there was hair all in the tub. The people are not so friendly, in fact when I was checking out & the computer froze she said she hates her job! They put me across a woman with dogs who barked every morning.So I never slept in once.Don't stay there unless you have no choice! Seriously!!
Definitely not worth the price I paid The room is designated as No Smoking, but smelled strongly of smoke. "Breakfast" included instant oatmeal you poured into hot water, and a granola bar. Lamps in room need USB outlet...It's almost 2017, let's catch up with technology.
Friendly staff - room odor! Good location. Room odor was unacceptable.
