Filthiest hotel since Spring Break 1992! This was the filthiest hotel I've stayed in since Spring Break in college. I had to sign a waiver when I checked in, that I would NOT do drugs on the premises! Every surface was sticky. There was food all over the kitchen floor, swept into corners. I slept on towels, so my head would not touch the sheets and pillows. I tried to find another hotel, but it was late and everything was booked in town. The pillows stunk like a mans underarms. Bed was cheap. The entrance landscaping was unappealing (big beautiful flower pots with only dirt; no flowers.Front guest entrance you have to open the door bef

It is very disappointed to see a nice location hotel not clean as expected. The sheets have not changed. There are some hairs from previous guests. I could hear people walking steps one floor right above my room. It is not breakfast area, it is called coffee bar. You would get the idea how skimpy the breakfast is.

Not impressed The room is very basic. Nothing quality about the furniture in the room. Cleanliness was sub par. When we arrived there was used dental floss on the bathroom counter and hair stuck to the shower wall. Some of towels were threadbare. There were only three pillows on the bed, we asked for an extra pillow and we were told that we could not have any extras.

I was promised i coulf leave my car for a week at the hotel, when i got there they said there was no such thing. I would not recomend expedia i was very disappointed.

Extended Stay America Providence airport Walked into my room and it smelt like smoke in a non smoking room. There was hair all over the sheets that had clearly not been changed. The people above my room were extremely loud most of the night. The staff was good but had little knowledge about anything surrounding the area when I asked what food options were around for Easter.

Bed and pillows were terrible. The free WiFi you had to call an outside extension and talk to an off hotel operator to give you access. The only elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor carrying my items that I packed.
