Great staff horrible hotel. They staff was super helpful and had great customer service. The hotel itself was not very good. The WiFi sucked and required you to login everyday sometimes twice a day to use it which on a ten day stay is very annoying. Also for the price there was no real breakfast (holiday inn and Hampton inn offer better breakfast for similar nightly costs). The cutting of costs by not giving dishwasher soap and not enough utensils for two people was also a joke. To top it off the cable channel selection was ... read more

Never again Not good at all

The housekeeping staff was awful. I’m used to getting new towels. I have been in and out of hotels recently. This was by far the worse experience.

Heeby jeebys The room felt dingy. There was hair in the bathfitter bath tub. Funny smell. Too sleeved out to even use the bed. Someone's car window got smashed in the middle of their parking lot and they didn't have any security cameras...

Friendly staff Average comfort and cleanliness Minimal linens No cups, coffee, water High price

Unsafe, unclean, unpleasant The front desk lady was curt The elevator creeked. The room smelled (smoke and grease) There were 3 lumpy pillows The mattress sagged in the middle The smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag!

Would not stay here again Front desk staff seems untrained and could not answer simple questions without having to wait for management. We stayed in the room for 4 days and asked every single day for our room to be cleaned...they never came in to clean the entire stay. I had to go down to the front desk every evening to get a trash bag full of clean towels to shower with in the morning. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar and a cup of old coffee.
