They don't seem to care Checke in. The gal who checked us in... Clearly could not have care less about us. She sent us to a "non smoking"???? Room complete w ashtray and awful smell. Asked for a room switch. She accomodated but didn't seem happy. New room was better except next to hotel elevator. The clanging of pipes and noise made sleeping a non option. Should have just left but it was too late. Stay away.any other better options for less. La Quinta for one.

disappointing The hotel was old, dirty, outdated. small children ran up and down the halls of the hotel all night while many guest would drink 40s beer)in the hall way and outside. hotel did not even offer shampoo. 911 was call for a truck stolen out of the parking lot

Not what I expected - extra cost for housekeeping?? To begin on a positive note, I appreciated the setup of the room. The convenience of a full kitchen was really great. However, for the amount of money I was paying per night, I certainly was taken aback by the fact it was going to cost me more money to get my room cleaned, the towels exchanged, the trash emptied, etc. I found this extra charge to be completely unnecessary...
