No friendly staff to clean up toilet water leaking I was told I will get a refund. The toilet in room above us overflowed and came through our bathroom ceiling. They sent up towels for us to clean it up ourselves . They claimed they were short staffed. Extra large person stomping across the room above us keeping us awake. Ghetto!!

Never got room was waiting for wife ..drug scene . Drug infested shot placephote with drugneedle at dog pooping place luckily had gloves on pictures to SBI internal affairs Cary cops wow out of ducking corrupt safe as city Cary lawsuit will follow and duck expedia keep my points you are deleted hitting too big to failhorrible service now good bye

Terrible Complete dump, and sorry excuse for a staff. But enjoy your free breakfast, nasty coffee and a granola bar. It's dated and dirty and I actually had to ask for s shower curtain! How about mold in the shower too:/

Wedding guest Slow checkin process. I had already paid online through Expedia. Rooms weren't ready when I arrived. Smelly room.

Asked for a wake up call that never came. Service person just blamed the previous shift.

Bathroom not clean, shower certain sour. A/C loud. Disappointed. Room/Hotel not clean (shower certain sour). A/C noisy, had to turn off to sleep. 1st and last stay at Extended Stay America.

The room wasnt in great condition, the pool was closed, front desk staff the first day was clearly unhappy with her job, the staff the 2nd day, Danielle was amazing. Beds were clean & comfy. Location was okay, but confusing to have 2 so close together. Only gave 2 or 3 of each utensil, cup, plate & bowl even though there were 4 of us.

Hotel smelled of pet urine, if you have $10 or $20 more to spend per night go somewhere else
